Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Dice potatoes and place in a medium bowl filled with water. Place in the fridge for 6 hours or over night.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Pour water and safe potatoes. Using Aluminum foil, tear 3 pieces of foil that are 8x11''. Distribute potatoes and onions into pieces of foil. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each packet, and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper onto each packet.
  4. Grab the foil at the edges and bring into the center and close by pinching the foil together. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Check at 40 minutes by using a fork to test for doneness. Remove from oven and fork goes through potato easily.
