Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Plae half the ham in 2 quart casserole.
  2. Cover with half the potatoes and half the onion.
  3. Sift half the flour over; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Repeat layering ham, potatoes,and onion.
  5. Season with additional salt and pepper.
  6. Sift remaining flour atop.
  7. Pour milk over all.
  8. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle atop casserole.
  9. Top with parsley.
  10. Bake, covered at 350 till potatoes are nearly tender, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
  11. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.
