Ingredients:

  • 6 medium size potatoes
  • 1/2 cup bacon pieces
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:

  1. Boil washed potatoes in salted water , skin on untill just soft
  2. Slice into halves and remove 3/4 of the potato and let cool.
  3. (dont discard the removed potato, it can be used in another dish)
  4. Salt the skin of the potato shells and grill untill crispy. (remove)
  5. Fill each shell with half an olive ,bacon and cheese on top.(its ok to pile the cheese up a bit)
  6. Back under the hot grill untill cheese is melted.
