Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cube the potatoes put it in a salad bowl.
  2. Drain the water from boiled kidney bean and transfer it to the bowl containing the potato cubes.
  3. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, cilantro green chilli.
  4. Mix thoroughly without breaking the potato cubes. Add lemon juice and salt and mix it. Adjust salt.
  5. Prepare the white sauce
  6. Melt butter in a pan and add the flour and stir it. Add milk and stir thoroughly to prevent lump formation.
  7. Remove pan from fire and add black pepper powder and salt as per taste and adjust with the taste of salad mixture.
  8. Pour the white sauce above the mixture of kidney bean and potato. Add cumin powder at the top. Garnish with a twig of mint.
  9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
