Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage in a saucepan then add pepper and onion and cook until vegetables are soft.
  2. Drain well on paper towels.
  3. Grease muffin tins and place mashed potatoes in muffin tins.
  4. Scoop out center of each and fill with sausage mixture.
  5. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
