Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in plastic bag.
  2. Add pork cubes.
  3. Toss to thoroughly coat.
  4. Marinate a minimum of 30 min at room temp or much longer in the fridge. Turn occaisionally.
  5. Thread on skewers.
  6. Broil or grill 6 minutes per side, turning once.
  7. Serve with rice or pita pockets & tzatziki sauce.
