Hot Sausage Links and Beans Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
  2. In a medum skillet, heat 1 TBS of the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the onion, oregano, parsley, salt and peppr.
  5. Cook for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
  6. Grease the bottom of an 8X8X2inch baking dish with the remaining TBS olive oil.
  7. On this layer the cubed cooked potatoes.
  8. Top the potatoes with the onion mixture.
  9. On the onion mixture, evenly distribute the sliced hot links.
  10. Ina small bowl, combine the brown sugar, baked beans and the barbecue sauce.
  11. Pour this evenly over the sausage.
  12. Top with the shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  13. Place in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.
  14. Serves 4.
