Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 190°.
  2. Rip up 4 pieces of silver foil.
  3. Put a bit of butter on each and rub around in a circle.
  4. Place potato slices of the bottom of the foil.
  5. Place the thin sliced onions on top.
  6. Now place the pork on top on that.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Place a layer of mushrooms.
  9. Place on top one more layer of potatoes.
  10. Put a couple of drops of lemon on top.
  11. Bring the edges of foil together and twist shut.
  12. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
