Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet; add the steak, onions and garlic and cook over high heat until the meat is browned.
  2. Add the salt, pepper, green pepper, broth, and tomatoes; cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
  3. Mix together the cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, and water and stir into the meat mixture.
  4. Cook, stirring steadily until thickened.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes.
