Pork and Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine molasses and mustard.
  2. Stir in Lemon Juice/Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and Tabasco.
  3. Add meat and marinate 1 hour.
  4. Alternate meat and pineapple chunks on skewers and brush with sauce and place in pre-heated broiler or on BBQ grill.
