Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can pork and beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) can pineapple, crushed with juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Remove pork fat from pork and beans.
  2. Mash beans and pineapple.
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a greased jelly roll pan.
  5. For frosting, boil sugar, milk and butter for 1 minute and stir in chips until melted.
  6. Spread on cooled bars while mixture is thin.
