Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup long grain rice (raw )

Directions:

  1. Mix beef, onion, salt, pepper, and rice.
  2. Make into 25 balls.
  3. Arrange in a baking dish.
  4. Mix soup and water.
  5. Pour over top of balls.
  6. Bake at 350°F for one hour.
