Ingredients:

  • 8 oz macaroni
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cook macaroni per box instructions.
  2. Brown beef and add onion until soft.
  3. Combine salt, pepper, tomatoes and soup and mix well.
  4. Put mixture in a 2-quart baking dish.
  5. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs then sprinkle on top of mixture in baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
