  1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower and place in large bowl.
  2. Cut cheese into small cube, add to bowl.
  3. Add bacon bits
  4. Add cashews.
  5. Add red onion (If you want, works with or without).
  6. Pour dressing over all ingredients and stir.
