Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chicken
  2. Season the chicken (S&P) and add a pinch of garlic powder. Add olive oil to skillet. Cook chicken as browned on both sides, add the mushrooms and onion.
  3. Add one or 2 tablespoons dried chile and orange juice and let dry.
  4. Remove from heat and cut the chicken into strips.
  5. Dressing
  6. Place a tablespoon of mayonnaise, ketchup and a 1/2 tablespoon mustard, stir to make a dressing. Depends on the flavor you like, add 1/2 tablespoon more (sweet: + ketchup, creamy.: + Mayonnaise, strong: + mustard)
  7. I prefer the strong flavor, so add a little mustard.
  8. Assemble the pita
  9. Heat the bread on both sides in a pan.
  10. Cover one side with the dressing, place a lettuce leaf, a leaf of spinach or 2 depends on the size.
  11. Then distribute the strips of chicken, mushrooms and onions, put the tomato slices in half.
  12. If you like, sprinkle a little more dried chile on the chicken or tomatoes.
  13. Can serve with French fries seasoned with pepper, or start with a cream of asparagus.
