Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tofu
  • 1 -2 tbsp oil
  • 1 -2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp curry or 1/4 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Blend until dip is nice and creamy in a food processor or blender.
  2. For a thinner dip, blend in a little soymilk.
