Ingredients:
1 cup tofu
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 -2 tablespoon oil
1 -2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon curry or 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Directions:
1. Blend until dip is nice and creamy in a food processor or blender.
2. For a thinner dip, blend in a little soymilk.
