Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 1/8 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix yogurt, sugar, crushed pineapple, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, grenadine, bananas, and pecans together.
  2. Grease bread pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes or until done.
