Pineapple Pork Chops (Grilled)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat grill or broiler.
  2. In saucepot over high heat, bring pineapple juice and cumin to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook 5 minutes or more, until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup.
  4. Stir in cilantro.
  5. Meanwhile, season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  6. Grill or broil pork for 15 minutes, or until instant-read thermometer reads 160 degrees F., turning once.
  7. Place pineapple on grill.
  8. Brush pork chops and pineapple with glaze, turning once.
  9. Transfer to a serving plate.
