  1. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and place in a lightly greased mold.
  3. Set in freezer for at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove 2 hours before serving and unmold.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
