Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan melt the butter over medium low heat.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and peas and toss quickly to coat.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Transfer to a medium sized bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
