Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Add the rice and the water to the caldero.
  2. Bring it to a boil and let it boil for about 2 minutes.
  3. Put the lid on, reduce to low (not all the way low, but close).
  4. Don't open the lid for at least one hour.
