Ingredients:

  1. Chill evaporated milk in freezer for about an hour.
  2. Combine gelatin and hot water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add the sugar, ornage juice, and zest and mix well. Chill until just beginning to set up. Beat the chilled evaporated milk until it whips up or is foamy. Fold into gelatin mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 cookie crumbs into bottom of 9 x 9 inch dish. Sprinkle with rest of cookie crumbs. Chill until set or place dish into freezer for frozen dessert. This filling may also be divided in half and poured into two graham cracker crumb pie shells and frozen.
