Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs slightly. Add next 5 ingredients. Add pecans. Bake at 100F for 15 minutes and then 350F for 30-35 minutes.
