Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the last seven ingredients and mix well.
  3. Blend chopped pecans with flour and stir into mixture.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes or until firm.
  6. You may leave pecans whole, instead of chopped.
  7. Servings depend on the size of the slice.
