Peanutbutter Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a bowl cream butter and sugar. Addeggs one at a time.
  2. Add banannas and peanutbutter. Mix well.
  3. Combine flour, salt ,baking soda.
  4. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Will be thick.
  5. Place in greased 9 x5 x3 inch pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.or until knife comes out clean.
