Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. In a bowl cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in egg.
  3. In a second bowl combine milk and mashed bananas.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  5. Add to cream mixture alternately with banana mixture.
  6. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour into greased loaf pan
  8. Bake 350°F 60 to 70 minutes.
  9. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
  10. Complete cooling on wire rack.
