Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cake:.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. In a sauce pan, combine water, butter, and peanut butter.
  4. Bring to a boil then pour over dry ingredients, mix together.
  5. Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla.
  6. Pour into a greased sheet cake pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
  8. Icing:.
  9. Combine butter, peanut butter, and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  10. Stirring mixture, boil for three minutes.
  11. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  12. Spread icing on cake while warm.
