Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, melted butter & vanilla in large bowl of mixmaster until smooth & creamy.
  2. Beat cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spoon into crust.
  5. Refridgerate 6 hours.
  6. Melt chocolate with coffee in double boiler over gently simmering water.
  7. Spread on top of filling.
  8. Refridgerate until firm.
  9. PIE CRUST:.
  10. Combine cracker crumbs sugar, melted butter.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Line bottom & sides of pie dish.
