Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened )
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 chocolate graham wafer pie crust

Directions:

  1. Whip cream (use less than a cup unwhipped to get a cup whipped).
  2. Add vanilla as you whip the cream.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
  4. Fold whipped cream and peanut butter mixture together well.
  5. It should become a much lighter as you add in the cream.
  6. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for at least an hour.
