Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a blender and process the mixture until smooth.
  2. In a small glass bowl, gently toss the banana slices in the limejuice to keep the fruit from browning.
  3. Put lettuce in a serving bowl and top it with the bananas and berries.
  4. Drizzle peanut dressing over each salad and garnish with chopped peanuts.
  5. Serves .
