Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Mix the Biquick and milk- it will be stiff.
  3. Microwave the peanut butter about 20 seconds.
  4. Mix the melted peanut butter and the chocolate chips into the biscuit mix.
  5. It will be stiff, so it's more like cutting it in.
  6. If it's too stiff, add a little bit more milk- 2 tbls or so.
  7. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 8-12 minutes.
  9. Serve while warm, so the chocolate is all gooey.
