Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugars.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add peanut butter and vanilla until combined.
  5. Stir salt and soda into flour.
  6. Add flour mixture into butter mixture.
  7. Finally, stir in oats, coconut and chocolate chips.
  8. Spread evenly into greased sheet pan. I find it easiest to moisten my fingers and pat it down.
  9. Bake 25 minutes.
  10. Frosting:.
  11. Cream ingredients together and spread over cooled bars.
