Simply the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed to 1/2 cup
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Cream butter and sugars together until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then vanilla and milk.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour mixture.
  4. Using a wooden spoon, stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Drop onto cookie sheets by teaspoonful.
  6. Bake at 350° for 7-10 minutes, depending on how soft you like your cookies.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet before removing.
