Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 dash nutmeg (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine everything except nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses.
  3. Sprinkle each with nutmeg.
