A delightfully smooth peanutty beverage.
Ingredients:
1 small ripe banana
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine everything except nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses.
3. Sprinkle each with nutmeg.
