Easy Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the above in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil over medium low heat. stir often to make sure it doesn't burn.
  3. Cook for 15-20 min., or until thickened.
  4. Let cool for 10 minute.
  5. Searve hot or cold, and enjoy!
