Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, peanut butter & sugars.
  2. Beat in banana, eggs & vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder & salt.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips (optional).
  5. Drop on greased cookie sheets.
  6. Press lightly with fork.
  7. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
