Peanut Butter And Jelly French Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread 4 slices of bread with peanut butter and the other 4 slices with jelly.
  2. Put slices together to make sandwiches.
  3. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla together in bowl.
  4. Heat a large skillet or griddle with 2 tablespoons margarine.
  5. When the butter is melted, dunk two of the sandwiches in egg mixture and let excess drip off.
  6. Place in pan, fry sandwiches until golden brown on both sides. about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  7. Repeat with last to sandwiches.
  8. Cut sandwiches into 4 sticks and serve with warm maple syrup.
