Peanut Butter and Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. In large bowl, stir together the apples, peanut butter chips, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 T flour.
  3. Spread into the prepared pan; dot with 2 T butter.
  4. In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining 1/4 cup sugar, remaining 1/2 cup flour, oats and cinnamon; cut in the remaining 4 T butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture over apples.
  6. Bake 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender and the edges are bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly.
  8. Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
