Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, stir together brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
  3. Bring to a boil; stir 1 minute.
  4. Remove pan from heat.
  5. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour peanut butter pudding between layers of sliced bananas in individual serving dishes.
  7. Chill to serve.
  8. Top with Cool Whip if desired.
