Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) box vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (29 oz) can peach slices
  • 2 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp reserved peach juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9-inch dish.
  2. Mix flour, pudding, salt, egg and milk. Pour into dish.
  3. Spoon peaches over mixture.
  4. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
  5. Spoon cream mixture over peaches.
  6. Cook 35 minutes in 350 oven.
  7. Cool 45 minutes before serving.
