Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (20 oz) can peaches (drained )
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp peach juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into 9 inch square pan.
  2. Drain peaches and arrange on top of batter.
  3. Save some of the juice.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tbls peach juice and pour over the peaches.
  5. Sprinkle the top with 1 tbls sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  6. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
