Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Crust:.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients then add egg & milk. pat crust into 13 x 9 pan.
  3. Place 28oz. drained can peaches over dough.
  4. Custard:.
  5. Beat eggs, then add all other ingredients beating after each addition. pour over peaches.
  6. Streusel:.
  7. Mix with hands until crumbly. sprinkle over custard. use all of the streusel.
  8. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40min. cool completely. i like to eat this at room temperature or from the fridge.
