Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Heat butter in pans.
  3. I like smaller cake pans myself.
  4. My mother prefers pie pans.
  5. Beat eggs.
  6. Add other ingredients.
  7. Beat.
  8. Pour into pans.
  9. Bake 20 minutes.
  10. Will puff up and fall when removed.
  11. Loosen and serve right away.
