Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Spray 9 X 12 pan with Pam
  2. Slice peaches in 9 x 12 dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over peaches.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and egg (it will be crumbly) sprinkle or dot over peaches.
  4. Drizzle melted butter (or oleo) over all.
  5. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
