Peach and Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup peaches

Directions:

  1. A blueberry muffin mix is also needed for this recipe, and should be added in manually.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter and set aside. Prepare muffin mix as directed on package. Do not add blueberries. Pour muffin mixture into greased 9X9 inch pan. Arrange sliced peaches over mixture. Sprinkle drained blueberries over peaches. Spoon cinnamon mixture over blueberries. Bake in 400 degree over for 20 to 25 minutes
