Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup butter (i prefer unsalted ) or 2/3 cup margarine
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 -7 tbsp of ice cold water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
