  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a fork. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons honey mixture on each of 4 bread slices. Spread 2 tablespoons preserves over honey mixture. Arrange bananas evenly on preserves. Top with remaining bread.
