  1. Deep Fry potatoes until crisp (for health you could bake them I suppose)
  2. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
  3. Add paprika and fry 2 mins.
  4. Add tomato
  5. Add chilli to taste
  6. Add Potatoes
  7. Season well, cook for 5 mins
